Youth Table-Tennis Champion

Bandar Seri Begawan - Ang Wei Tiam from Universiti Brunei Darussalam won the Boy's Singles Under21 gold medal at the 2008 Youth TableTennis Championship at the Menglait Sports Complex in Gadong over the weekend.

Lim Mei Jean from Chung Hwa Middle School BSB took the Girl's Under-21 title and in the Under -16 category, Fizhar bin Umikalsum and Lim Mei Jean won the boys and girls title respectively.

For the boy's singles Under-12, Md Asyrani bin Suhardi from SOAS College won the gold medal.

Prizes were presented by the President of Brunei Amateur Table Tennis Association (BATTA), Hj Damit bin Hj Abd Rahman.-- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
