TAP Roadshow On Financial Planning

Begawan - Some 120 officers and staff of Employee's Trust
Fund or TAP attended the first of the many financial planning road
shows at the Multipurpose Hall II of the Ministry of Finance.
Among the objectives of the road
show are to provide opportunities to officers and staff of TAP to
increase their knowledge on financial planning. It also served as a
refresher course as it is an annual event.
In the month of April, Employee's
Trust Fund will be organising a monthly financial planning road show
each week for institutions like BSP, BLNG UBD, ITB and ABDB.
The event is part of the activities
organised in conjunction with the 15", anniversary of TAP.
During the road show,
representatives from financial institutions such as BIBD, HSBC, SCB,
CIMB and Baiduri Bank will be invited to deliver a briefing on
financial planning management.
A number of financial institutions
have also invited lecturers from overseas to present a special
lecture.
To raise the knowledge on tithe, a
representative from the Religious Council will also gave a brief
talk.

road show was yesterday delivered by Awang Mohamad Damshal Awang
Damit, from CIMB Islamic, Malaysia.
