They have to make sure the game goes on smoothly by swiftly handing over the ball to players when it goes out and sometimes, they even stayed under the rain for the whole game.

That is the task of some 12 ball boys led by Hj Abdullah bin Hj Jalil who are currently involved in major football matches.

According to Hj Abdullah, the boys came from football schemes under Youth and Sport Department and they have to undergo training as ball boys.

Majority of them are from the age of seven to 13 years old and they have been involved in B-League, Hyundai Cup, NBT Trophy, Sukan Remaja and the Super League.
