Made in Brunei goods to enjoy
spotlight at fair

Begawan - Locally made products will soon enjoy the spotlight
during the Brunei International Consumers Fair 2006, which is
scheduled to be held at the Bumiputera Commercial Complex Trade
Exhibition Centre on April 28.
The first Brunei International
Consumers Fair 2006 serves as a platform to encourage both local and
foreign entrepreneurs to share new ideas and trading tactics, while at
the same time attract local and foreign visitors to shop in the
country.
Organised
by HMI Marketing & Promotion and endorsed by the Ministry of Industry
and Primary Resources, the fair is expected to be launched by Deputy
Minister of Industry & Primary Resources Dato Paduka Haji Hamdillah
bin Haji Abdul Wahab.
According to Event Manager Cityneon
Brunei, the fair will see some 50 booths displaying various kinds of
products. To date, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Pakistan,
Syria, Singapore and Malaysia have confirmed their participation.
