Kontes Dangdut Indonesia To Serenade Local Fans

Bandar Seri Begawan - The stars of Kontes Dangdut Indonesia (KDI), a reality talent television programme in Indonesia that is similar to Malaysian Akademi Fantasia and US American Idol, are raring to perform for their local fans today (April 23) at the Indoor Stadium, Hassanal Bolkiah Sports Complex in Berakas.

Dangdut singers Gita, Yuli, Adi. Kiki and Genta rose to stardom through the television programme.

Concert tickets are on sale priced at $20, $30, $40 and $50 and can be purchased at all AV outlets nationwide as well as at the doors of Indoor Stadium before the start of the concert at 2pm.

Since their arrival on April 19, the rising Indonesian stars have been busy with various activities which include meeting the fans, sponsors sessions, high tea, hosted lunch and dinner, visits and radio interviews.

Shortly after their arrival to the country, the artistes were hosted to a dinner at the accommodation of the concert organiser Aman Abadi Entertainment.

Meanwhile, on Thursday afternoon, the stars met sponsor AV at The Mall, Gadong. They also had the opportunity to enjoy hi tea at TFC.
