New restaurant offers authentic
Sze Chuan and Cantonese dishes
By James Kon

Four chefs from China are cooking up hot and spicy dishes.
Bruneians can savour authentic Sze
Chuan cooking at a newly opened restaurant, "Tati's Catering Service",
in Kampong Kiarong, at Block A of Bangunan Haji Lajin dan Anak Anak.
Four chefs from China are on hand to
deliver their expertise in Sze Chuan and Cantonese dishes on the table
for the patrons of the restaurant.
Mr
Lim, the owner said he first came to Brunei in search of fine
authentic Chinese cuisine.
After a long research, he thought
there was an opportunity to open a Chinese restaurant here.
He also said people need not go to
China to taste Chinese food that they can taste right here in Brunei.
Bruneians who have never tasted Sze
Chuan food will not want to miss this golden opportunity.
With the opening, there will be a $5
buffet for its customers with six different types of dishes and free
drinks of freshly home-made soya bean and teh tarik from 11.30 am to 2
pm daily.
And next month, another two chefs
from China will put their reputation on the line to cook up an
authentic Sze Chuan Spicy Steamboat.
