Kuala Belait - Home Affairs Deputy Minister Dato Awang Haji Adanan visiting Kuala Belait said a clean and beautiful village and mukim has many advantages and benefits.

The benefits are not only in the aspects of health and harmony but also enhance good reputation thus raising its image.

Touching on, youth affairs, Dato Awang Haji Adanan mentioned the important role played by parents in preventing and protecting their children from negative social ills.

Parents he said should give more attention to their children at all times.

Also present at the gathering was the Belait District Officer, Awang Adanan.

Penghulu Mukim Kuala Belait, Awang Hj Pungut Bin Ali aged 60 is also the Ketua Kampong of Kampong Pandan since 1997.
