Local talent showcase at Empire Hotel & Country Club

The recognition of local talents are arising slowly by the day through several public talent concerts held by event managements in Brunei and in the long run, hopefully, locals will begin to realise the talent potential of our own country. Another local talent showcase was held by IMEX Marketing Services at the Empire Hotel & Country Club in the Empire Theatre Hall which can accommodate around a thousand people depending on seating type and is complete with a theatre stage, audio visual equipments as well as lighting props.

Guests after guests came flooding in before the show began, anticipating on what the show had to offer.

It was a blasting and colourful night with lighting shows as the first entrée on what was going to be a very spectacular night with the performance by two local bands from Kuala Belait, 'X-Zbeats' and 'The Grudge', as well as featuring a local talent, 'Lo Ryder'.

Making the first introduction for that night, 'Lo Ryder' captured the whole audience with his rap talent and smooth dance moves.

Later the local talent showcase continued with several numbers presented by X-Zbeats and the unbelievable band performance by The Grudge that mesmerised the audience when the singer belted out her powerful voice with a few high note numbers by Shakira and KrisDayanti.

The grand finale for the night was very beautifully wrapped up with all the performers making their appearance on stage and belting out a few fast numbers to make it a night for everyone.

With the talent that each of the performers had to offer, it is definitely proven that local performers can be as talented as overseas performers.
