Father And Sons Plead Not Guilty To Hurting Teen

Bandar Seri Begawan - A father and his two sons who were charged with voluntarily causing hurt to a 19-year-old youth pleaded not guilty yesterday before Senior Magistrate Hj Abdullah Soefri.

The trio, Abdul Rahman POKIDDP Hj Musa and his two sons, Harman Abd Rahman and Sumardi Abd Rahman appeared in the Magistrate's Court with the complainant to settle the matter amicably.

But the complainant disagreed to compound the case. Pending that, the trio who denied the charges, will again appear before the court on July 19 and 21 for trial.

All three are charged with committing the offence on September 13 three years ago, in front of house No. 9, Simpang 162-48-19 Kampong Perpindahan Rakyat Jati Tungku Gadong. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
