IDBB launches ‘Customer
Awareness Day'

Guest of honour launches the
event
The Islamic Development Bank of
Brunei Berhad (IDBB) launched its 'Customer Awareness Day' yesterday
at the lobby of the Housing Development & Electrical Services
Department, Airport Lama. Present as guest of honour was Pengiran Dato
Paduka Hj Abu Bakar Bin Pengiran Seri Indera Pg Hj Ismail, the Acting
Permanent Secretary (Administration and Finance), Ministry of
Development.
The function also saw the attendance
of several directors from the Housing Development & Electrical
Services Department, senior government officials, car dealers, IDBB
personnel as well as invited guests.
"This is not the first time
'Customers Awareness Day' has been held by IDBB. This is an on-going
programme, in an effort to introduce and enlighten the public on the
advantages of our current products and services available," said
Pengiran Datin Paduka Hajah Urai Binti Pg Ali, Managing Director of
IDBB, during her welcoming remarks.
She went on to add that the programme
would foster business relations between IDBB and its customers as a
means to extend 'networking' with customers.
According to the Managing Director,
the bank will introduce the 'Best IDBB SME Entrepreneur Award' this
year, to encourage new entrepreneurs to offer goods and services of
top quality.
The guest of honour was later
presented a souvenir before he toured the service booths in the lobby.
