SAAA gala dinner this Saturday
By James Kon
When students enter St Andrew's
School, they have joined a community with a valued history. As a
mission school in Brunei, St Andrew's is acclaimed for its academic
achievements and its co-educational system which has attracted
families from diverse background, all with one common purpose, that is
for their child to achieve his or her best potential. Founded in 1957
with 70 students, it now educates approximately 1700 students from
kindergarten to Form 5. While students might enter St Andrew's School
at different levels and at different stages of their growth, they all
join St Andrew's, a school unified by common values, discipline and
reputation.
A Gala Dinner will be held to
officiate the launching of the St Andrew's Alumni Association (SAAA)
this week. Besides the opportunity to network and catch up with
friends from the past, the SAAA is here to foster education, upgrade
facilities and prepare a foundation for better opportunities.
To foster this execution, your
support and participation is important.
Whether you were a student at Saint
Andrew's School in a brief part of your life or throughout, SAAA would
like to encourage your partnership to be part of this event this
Saturday for a worthy cause.
Tickets are available where the
public can see the SAAA logo, otherwise contact Alex at 8717618, Jin
Huat (8819988) or Mok Eng (8720332).
