Litterbugs spoil stadium

Despite the authorities' efforts to keep the country tidy, some people still dump their rubbish indiscriminately. This photo shows piles of rubbish dumped near the national stadium in Berakas. Not only does it create an unhygienic environment and ugly sight, but it also will unnecessarily waste the authorities' time to remove it.
