Rando Club Miri here on goodwill visit

The Miri Club staff resident and district office paid a goodwill visit yesterday morning to the Kuala Belait District Office. Their visit to the Sultanate is aimed to strengthen and increase ties between Miri and Kuala Belait government officers.

At the same time, it gives both parties the opportunity to discuss and exchange views on administration in its own public services.

The Miri Club staff resident and district office (Rando Club) was already in Brunei on Friday and their visit will end today.

On Friday, both parties had friendly football and badminton matches, before visiting the Belait District Officer, Awg Adanan bin Hanafiah.

After their visit to the Belait District Office yesterday, they proceeded to view the newly established Oil and Gas Discovery Centre (OGDC) in Seria, continued their journey to Bandar Seri Begawan and met the Brunei Muara District Officer.

They were also scheduled to have a fun night out in Jerudong park last night and end their journey today with a visit to the Bangunan Alat-Alat Kebesaran Diraja and Cultural, Handicraft Centre.
