Fans of Ajees had the chance to meet him up close and personal during the launch of his album "Rahsia Hati" at the Dewan Shahbandar in Holiday Lodge Hotel last Friday night. The album, produced by SK Dilly's De Production House, is managed by Sahari Hj Yanam, who was also present during the launch and press conference.

Also accompanying the local artiste Ajees was another new comer called Tuty and Malaysian artiste Tomok, as well as Zul from "2 by 2", who is also Tomok's manager.

The guest of honour, Prince Haji Abdul Wadood Bolkiah Ibni Pengiran Lela Chateria Shahibun Najabah Pengiran Anak Haji Abdul Aziz, consented to officially launch the album.

The event was attended by around a hundred people, including several groups from music productions in Brunei, RTB officials, DJs from Pelangi Network, Pilihan Network and Kristal FM, members of the press from Brunei and Kuala Lumpur, local artistes, invited guests as well as fans of Ajees.

During the launch, the guest of honour consented to break a heart-shaped ice in which the CD of Ajees was creatively embedded in.

It was a truly momentous event that was followed by the presentation of a souvenir to the guest of honour and a video clip presentation by Ajees entitled "Luka Hanya Seketika".

Also featured during the event was a special speech and performance by Ajees, in which he sang "Rahsia Hati".

In his speech, he expressed his gratitude to all individuals who have supported him through out the production of his album.

He also mentioned that he has been waiting for a whole year for the official launch.

He also hoped that the general public in Brunei would continue to support local artistes to promote the growth of the music industry here.

Following this was a presentation by Tuty entitled "Kemarau Kasih." The newcomer, armed with a very beautiful and powerful voice, will also be releasing an album in two months time.

Before the end of the event, a press conference was also held in which RTB officials as well as radio DJs and members of the media had the opportunity to ask Ajees some questions.
