Lamppost with no purpose

What good is a lamppost without a light bulb? Nothing. Photo shows a slanted 'bulb-less' lamppost along Jalan Pandan Tujuh in the Belait District. Relevant authorities should fix this lamppost immediately for the safety of both road users and residents living near the area.
