More RBA flights suspended

As a result of the ongoing
significant drop in passenger demand due to the SARS outbreak, Royal
Brunei Airlines (RBA) announces the suspension of more flights.
Several flights to Singapore, one of the affected flight destinations,
have been cancelled due to lack of demand. It was deemed that, for the
month of May, flights to Singapore (BI421/422) would be cancelled,
with the exception of certain dates, namely May 1, 12, 15, 22, and 26,
2003. The flights for all other dates have been cancelled, according
to a statement issued by RBA.
Flights to Shanghai (BI615/618) for
April 24, 25 and 27 are also suspended, as well as flights destination
to Hongkong (BI637/638) for April 21 and 28.
According to RBA, passengers who have
booked seats on these flights will be re-allocated to alternative
flights.
RBA regrets any inconveniences
caused, and will continue to monitor the situation and make necessary
adjustments to match prevailing market conditions. For more
