Malay horror movie fans to get
mystified by Mistik

Fans of Malay horror suspense
thriller movies will be left mystified with the upcoming movie 'Mistik'
which is the sixth film produced by Metro Wealth Movies Production
Malaysia. The story goes on to tell the documented adventure of a
group of university students, which turns into a story of adventure,
horror and suspense.
The movie which is estimated to have
cost around RM1.5 million boasts actors and actresses including Cico
Harahap, Ezad Exists, Nisdawati, Shaleen Cheah, Rita Rudaini, Masnaida,
Catriona Norhayati Ross, Farid Kamil, Uji Rashid, Ismail Din as well
as Al Fathir Muchtar from Indonesia who is also a familiar face in
McDonald TV commercials and Indonesian music video clips.
Foreseeing what adventure they were
about to get into, the group of university students go ahead to
explore an uninhabited island 'Pulau Bayu Biru' to tackle the
existence of mystical happenings that lies beneath Malay custom for
their university assignment.
Overcoming obstacles that include
horrific findings, strange happenings and missing members from the
group during their exploration trip, the students are hesitant to
complete the assignment.
Malay horror and suspense movie
lovers will be left squirming in their seats with the new release from
Metro Wealth Movie Productions.
To get to the end of the adventure
viewers can watch the horror suspense movie in local theatres, which
is expected to reach forty cinemas in Malaysia including Singapore and
Brunei on April 24.
Movie lovers can also expect the
release of another movie 'Mami Jarum Junior' which is expected to hit
theatres on May 29, 2003.
