Drain turns green

Photo left shows a clogged drain filled with long grass along the housing area of Kg Anggerek Desa. Stagnant water along these areas would be a favourable breeding area for mosquito larvae. Residents have also complained that the drains give out foul smell. Relevant authorities are urged to clear it up.
