JPCC lines up series of activities

Jerudong Park Country Club (JPCC)
Polo Restaurant is the place to be tonight, for it is TGIF (Thank
Goodness it's Friday) night for those who would like to unwind after a
hectic week of working. Members and guests of JPCC can enjoy the start
of their weekend with entertainment presented by JPCC Restaurant. A
local dee jay will be spinning live, a local band who call themselves
'ZiggyPop' and JPCC's very own in house band 'Powerline' will be
performing.
Apart from TGIF night, which will be
held every Friday night, JPCC has also lined up a series of events for
its members and guests, such as the Exquisite Ladies High Tea, Karaoke
Singing Competition, and Par 3 Garden Golf monthly medal competition.
Exquisite Ladies High Tea will be
held on April 27 and is especially for the ladies with talks on the
secret of lingerie, as well as parade by Lili Lingerie, beauty talks
and demonstration on skin care and also slimming line by Modern
Classic Studio. A talk from JPCC Dental Clinic will also be delivered
on 'Bright White Teeth'.
Apart from that, a fashion parade by
British India and a Latin dance clinic will also take place. Ladies
will also have a chance to win 15 lucky draw prizes.
Attractive prizes are up for grabs
for those who participate in the Karaoke Singing Competition with the
theme Scouting for Talents, this upcoming May. A return ticket to
Singapore, sponsored by Royal Brunei Airlines, cash price by DPMM F.C,
a 2 days/1 night stay at the Empire Hotel and Country Club, are among
the prizes listed out for the winners.
For those who are interested to join
the competition, forms are available at JPCC. The closing date for
registration is on April 30.
All handicaps from 0 to 24 are
welcome to participate the PAR 3 Garden Golf Course JPCC, Monthly
Medal Competition. The competition will take place during the 1st week
of every month from May until December, and is open to the public.
