of National Air Scouts Association. The event took place at Pehin's
office. Skipper Pg Hjh Haklimah was the first lady to be conferred
with the merit, said Chief of Air Scout Movement, Skipper Abd Jalil
Dato Hj Awg Marsal.
Meanwhile, in a press statement, the
Air Scouts Movement is to implement one-year round knowledge
management training related to air activities amongst its members. It
is part of its latest efforts aimed to prepare Bruneian youth to
become knowledgeable, skilful, experience and resourceful individuals
so that they can take part actively in the youth development
programmes and prepare them to become productive, efficient, effective
and independent leaders of the future.
The movement, in attempting to
justify knowledge management realises that it depends on how valuable
knowledge is perceived through real practice.
