Speeding with overloaded cargo

Photo shows an overloaded truck travelling above the permissable speed limit along the Tutong-Berakas highway. Such negligence could prove disastrous to fellow motorists. Relevant authorities should remind road users on the maximum load that transportation vehicles - especially trucks and lorries - are allowed to carry.
