Mastering frame making skills

About 23 students from Maktab Omar Ali Saifuddien (SOAS) College attended a one-day workshop at the Museum Discover Hall of Museum Department in Kota Batu. They were led by their teacher, Cikgu Mohd Hassan bin Mohd Salleh. Focussing on the process of making picture frames, the group found the school trip worthwhile. During the workshop, they were guided by Pg Saifin bin Pg Hj Mohd Yusof from the Technical Department of Brunei Museum.

Later during the day, the Library Officer, Dayang Hajah Rafeah bte Haji Md Yusof presented a briefing on Brunei Museum.

The Museum Discovery Hall was officially launched last Monday and aims to promote and teach basic practical works for Brunei's students.
