KB Riviera Hotel offers ‘Mama Mia' buffet

Chef Jefri presents his popular appetisers

Riviera Hotel's very own Shahryza Café situated in the heart of Kuala Belait town is back with their new weekend food "Italian Buffet Dinner" promotion. The Executive Chef at the Café, Jefri Hj Ghazali, said it would be going on till the end of May.

"We are going to do this promotion every Saturday which starts from 6.30 pm till 10.30 pm. Dinner here is very cheap, costing only $19.90 nett per person for adults and $10 for children between 4 and 11 years of age," he said.

Patrons have plenty to eat, from succulent appetisers to two types of soups, followed by a selection of eleven main dishes, before being met with specially-made desserts, which are very inviting to the taste buds and shortly have diners coming back for even more.

According to Chef Jefri, besides the set, several kinds of pastas cooked like by his colleague are also included in the price.
