Ajees showcases album, Tomok to
lend support

Ajees getting the treatment from Malaysian make-up artiste Am
Fans of Ajees, a local star who had
just released his first album "Rahsia Hati," will be treated
to two nights of fun and excitement this upcoming April 18 and 19.
However, fans must purchase Ajees CDs or cassettes in order to enable
them to see both functions, which will also be attended by Malaysian
teenage sensation Tomok of New Boyz.
The launching of Ajees' album is set
to take place at the Dewan Shahbandar, Holiday Lodge Hotel in Jerudong
on April 18 at about 8.30 pm. The next night, Ajees will be showcasing
the album to his fans at the Asma Hotel Ballroom around the same time.
The album, "Rahsia Hati" is
produced by Malaysian exclusive producers Khairie Den, Johari Teh and
Zulkifli Majid. It comprises of ten songs composed by Malaysian
renowned composers such as Johari Teh, Ajai, Zul 2 by 2 and Jari.
According to Sahari, Managing
Director of SK Dilly's De Production, album producer and distributor,
Tomok will be attending both functions to demonstrate his support for
his friend, Ajees. Ajees, 19 is already a familiar singer here, known
in the last few years for his effortlessly cosmopolitan voice.
Tomok will arrive in this country on
April 18 after a flight from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia via Miri, Sarawak.
He will be present to give moral support to Ajees and wish him success
in the entertainment business.
Sahari said that apart from the
showcasing Ajees's album on April 19, the recording company will also
introduce another local artiste and its latest recruit, Tuty.
Tuty now has two singles, "Kau
Yang Satu" and "Kemarau Kasih," which are regularly
being played on Radio Pelangi and Radio Kristal.
"If Tuty commands the same
respect from fans as Ajees has, then she will record an album under
the company's label. The two singles are meant to test the water and
both songs will compete with current songs in the popularity
chart," he said.
