Brunei China Cycling Expedition team contributes to Iraq fund

To ease the burden of Iraqi civilians during these hard times, most countries around the world are lending a helping hand by contributing towards the victims of the US-led invasion. Brunei Darussalam is also one of the countries concerned about the welfare of the Iraqi civilians. The committee of the Iraq Humanitarian Fund established by the Brunei Muara District received a donation from members of the Long Distance Brunei China Cycling Expedition yesterday.

They contributed a total of $2,368 to the fund.

The donation was presented by the Head of the expedition, Col (B) Haji Said to Dato Paduka Awang Hj Harun, the Brunei Muara District Officer.
