The Brunei Darussalam Scouts
Association yesterday morning held a bicycle expedition in
Bandar Seri Begawan for the Palestinian Humanitarian Fund.
The expedition was flagged off
at the Scouts Headquarters in Beribi, Gadong by Pehin Orang Kaya
Setia Raja Dato Seri Paduka Hj Awg Mohd Ali bin Hj Awg Mohd Daud,
Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister in his capacity as the President
of the Brunei Darussalam Scouts Association.
Around 50 participants took
part in the expedition which covered a distance of around 20km.
The participants took a break near the Padang Sir Muda Omar Ali
Saifuddien in the capital before heading back to the Scouts
Headquarters.
A lucky draw was also held
after the expedition. The members of the Scouts Association and
various individuals sponsored the prizes.
