Livewire Electrifies Minister Who Says It is Simply Super

Bandar Seri Begawan - Livewire, Brunei Shell's contribution for sultanates economy has inspired a Brunei minister.

Culture, youth and Sports Minister Pehin Dati DR Awang Haji Hussain said that he was also encouraged with the Livewire programme which in the short span of its existence, a large number of Brunei entrepreneurs who have benefited from it.

Livewire is an ongoing Brunei Shell backed educational project that has helped to train large numbers of local entrepreneurs.

It is also engaged disseminating the model and ascertain its relevance and feasibility in the commonwealth Asia member countries.

The Minister Pehin was speaking at the opening of a regional seminar on Youth Enterprise Foundation Initiative yesterday.

He said in order to see the realisation of youth enterprise foundation, a thorough study has to be of collective data or statistics that can used as an indicator for the setting up or establishment of the foundation.
