Walkathon held by the Ministry of Development.
The Ministry of Development held
its second walkathon yesterday morning at the Sultan Haji
Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium.
The 2.5-kilometre walkathon,
organised by the Public Works Department, opened with the
national anthem, followed by a series of warm up exercises.
Some 800 staff members and
their families participated in the event, including the Minister
of Development Dato Seri Paduka Dr Awg Hj Ahmad Hj Jumat, the
Acting Permanent Secretary for Professional and Technical Awg Hj
Jumin Hj Marsal, the Acting Permanent Secretary for
Administration and Finance Pg Dato Paduka Hj Abu Bakar and the
Director of Public Works Pg Hj Othman Pg Hj Omar.
