Catch of the day

After 4 unsuccessful attempts in bringing back a Marlin fish, Awg Baharom Hj Abu Bakar, 43, in his 5th attempt, was able to catch a Marlin which weighs 40 kgs.

Past experience has taught him to be patient in dealing with the fish which is quite strong and his patience was paid off as in that hour he was able to bring the fish into his boat.

It took him and his nephew, Hamzah Hj Ludin 24, an hour to bring the 7-foot fish into the boat before bringing it back to Kg Kota Batu.
