It will be a great day of fun and
laughter for Astro Kristal lovers this Sunday at Jerudong Park,
where the Astro Kristal Carnival will take place.
Members of the public are
invited to take part in a "Meet the Fans" session with
Channel V's VJ, Paula Malai Ali at the Empire Hotel at 10.30 am.
The beautiful Paula has been
the "face" for such international brands such as
Redken hair products and Nescafe.
She has gained a reputation for
being a hard worker, making her a favourite with producers,
event managers and talent agencies.
She is fast becoming one of the
most sought after Pan-Asian faces for emcee and hosting duties
in Malaysia and around the region.
She freely admits that her
stage experience has provided her with "a superb
foundation" for her career development.
Paula joined Channel V in
August 2002, hosting shows such as the 'Billboard US Countdown',
'Channel V's Countdown' and 'Men in Music'.
Paula has subsequently graced
the glossy covers of many magazines such as 'FHM', 'He', 'Her
World', 'Female'. She strives to be known as "more than
just another pretty face".
"It's a nice progression,
being on international television, now I have a bigger audience
and challenge. Its definitely a great step", Paula said
when asked about her career developments.
