Woman held for selling contraband

The seized beer and cigarettes.

She was caught for possessing 12 cans of Tiger beer, 57 cans of Heineken beer and 64 packets of Gudang Garam cigarettes.

The raid was conducted by seven CIDS at 3.35pm at a shop house in Ban 5, Kg. Kilanas.

The woman who owned of the shop was arrested but later released on bail of $1,000 dollars with a local surety.

The raid was led by the detective supervisor, following a tip-off from members of the public.
