"In the knowledge of
organisation and method administration, there is one method used
to evaluate employees performances, and in order to act more
transparent and fair judgement, i.e to appoint other staff
member or from a different section to do the evaluation."
This was noted by Pehin Dato
Paduka Ustaz Hj Awg Yahya Hj Ibrahim, Deputy Minister at the
Ministry of Religious Affairs at the Meeting Session of the New
Year Hijrah 1424 held yesterday at the Ministry building in
Berakas.
According to Pg Dato Paduka Hj
Yusof Pg Kula, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry, the
objectives of the meet was to strengthen ties among the leaders
and officers at the ministry as well as the department under it.
It also aims to look for new
approach in preparing programmes and plans in the ministry's
effort to develop and upgrade the Islamic "Syiar" as
well as to listen to advisory messages under the wise leadership
of the ministry in its effort to upgrade the competency and
effectiveness of the department under the ministry.
Also held yesterday at the same
venue was a Seminar and Workshop-"Towards Excellence of the
Ministry of Religious Affairs in the 21st Century"
officiated by the Minister, Pehin Dato Dr Ustaz Hj Awg Mohd Zain
Hj Serudin.
The workshop was jointly co-ordinated
by the Policy, Inspectorate and Information Technology and
Administration Department at the Ministry, as well as the Tutong
Religious Affairs Department.
