Iraq War Delays Brunei Umrah Mecca Pilgrimage

Bandar Seri Begawan - Brunei's Umrah pilgrims have be urged to wait till Iraq war is over.

The Haj Management Director Dr Awang Haji Besar said at a press conference at the Religious Affairs Ministry Building that no dates have been fixed.

Dr Awang Haji Besar added that the schedules or dates for the clearance flights for this year's umrah pilgrimage has not been decided but it will be announced later.

Usually, Umrah is performed during April.

The Haj Management Department also said that information have already been sent to all Umrah management companies.
