Pupils Attend Islamic Guidance Programme

Bandar Seri Begawan – More than 150 pupils from 10 religious schools in the Brunei-Muara District took part in a one-day Islamic Guidance Programme.

The pupils from kindergarten to primary-3 joined the colouring contest and the memorising of Ayan-ayan Lasin Competition.

The pupils also toured the mosque, heard motivation talks and performed the suhur and asar prayers during the programme organised by the Jamee Asr’ Hassanil Bolkiah Mosque.

The activities aimed to discipline the pupils, familiarise them with the mosque and to instil high spirits on the teachings of Islam in their daily life.

The Senior Specials Duties Officer of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Awang Haji Yussof presented prizes and certificates.
